Paul Casamento

As a life-long resident of the New Paltz area, co-owner and executive chef Paul Casamento is proud to support his community as a local business proprietor.  Paul graduated from New Paltz High School in 1996 and received a degree in Culinary Arts from the world-renowned Culinary Institute of America in May 1998.  With over 15 years of experience working in local restaurants, Paul is able to bring his vast array of knowledge to his own establishment, in providing simple, yet elegant cuisine in an inviting atmosphere.  Paul prides himself on remaining true to his local roots and creating a warm, friendly, and memorable experience at The Village Grill.

Glen Domitrovits

With over 30 years of experience, co-owner Glen Domitrovits is no stranger to the restaurant business.  For twenty-five years, he and his family owned and operated The Austrian Village restaurant, which is now known as The Village Grill.  As a resident of New Paltz, Glen is an active participant in the area and involved in many local programs.  He is a member of the New York State Restaurant and Tavern Association and the Business Agent for the Ulster County Restaurant, Hotel, and Tavern Owners Association.  Glen is honored to provide a welcoming, sociable atmosphere for his community.
